  • Manage facility projects through work requests to include; occupancy planning, furniture acquisition, daily adds moves and changes, space planning, and maintaining staffing matrix.
  • Equipment management and relocation; to include workstations, servers, data centers.
  • Colocation with disconnect/reconnect included.
  • Commercial/Warehouse relocation with inventory control provided.
  • Furniture purchase/installation with certified products.
  • Data center relocation, management and inventory control.
  • Work directly with the Director of Facilities to reassign personal and clear builds at lease end.
  • Maintain and track project budgets.
  • Provide management resources needed to establish and implement multiple projects.
  • Ensure Facilities policy, regulation, and operating decisions are adhered to.
  • Develop vendor Scope of Work and RFPs.
  • Negotiation and evaluation of vendor proposals and pricing.
  • Provide Executive Summaries on vendor proposals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedule in MS Project to ensure time lines are met.
  • Provide quality and quick turnaround for clients.
  • Provide meaningful management information to support good decision-making for projects.
  • Client meeting to meet specific relocation or storage needs.
  • Survey existing furniture and storage and review the need for new furniture.
  • Develop final space plan to use furniture placement, procurement of furniture and electrical/ voice/ data connections.
  • Disassembly and reassembly of all furniture
  • Inventory of assets for removal or reuse furniture.
  • Facilitating of unusable furniture. Warehouse management and inventory.
  • Recycle materials to the greatest extent possible.
  • IOMI Certified to train companies on commercial and data center relocations.
